I first discovered Math-U-See when looking for a supplemental curriculum<\/a> for my child, who was struggling with addition and subtraction math facts. It was so successful<\/strong> that we completely switched our homeschooling math curriculum to Math-U-See!<\/p>\n\n\n Disclaimer: I received this product for free. Instead, they are based purely on skill level and named with innocuous labels (the Greek alphabet). This is a subtle yet impactful<\/strong> difference, especially when you have a child not on a typical grade level for whatever reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Math-U-See Gamma<\/strong> is the level that introduces and teaches multiplication<\/a>. It covers both single-digit and multi-digit multiplication using place value strategies. And while multiplication fluency is the focus of Gamma, other concepts are also taught.
